Forum gets Face Lift

( 0 Votes ) The forum now has a new template. In addition, the site now has the same background as the forum. The reason, is to make them look a bit more similar. We had been using our old template for more than 2 years. There were several reasons for the new template. First off, the old forum template was literally breaking apart, due to many different reasons.

The second reason was that the person who created the template had stopped supporting the template. As a result, we could not fix the template. In addition, most of us already have already gotten extremely tired of the old template. I hope that this change helps a few people come back to the forums.

Some may be wondering why i have not changed forum template a lot earlier. There are a few reasons. The main reason being that it is extremely difficult to find a template that matches well with the site. Another reason is that changing template requires a lot of working on editing a good amount of pages. You need to remember that both the site and forum are connected, as a result i had to make a lot of edits to the forum for that to work. An additional reason is that i am a collage student. I currently attend a private university and i need to focus myself on my studies and not the site.
