How to Stop Sleep Paralysis

( 1 Vote ) A description of what sleep paralysis is along with testimonies of those who have experienced sleep paralysis and how to stop it.



Personally, I experienced sleep paralysis once several years ago. It was terrifying! If you are having sleep paralysis you can stop it by calling out to the Lord Jesus Christ that's what I did when I had my episode. Now that I believe on Jesus I haven't experienced sleep paralysis since. Thanks be to God!
